You may reapply if your skin has been exposed to excessive humidity or perspiration after a workout. Otherwise, this formula has excellent staying power for the active, busy woman. This has a neutral color with a semi-matte finish that will add a luminous glow to your face. Using a moist brush with either Distilled Water or Perfect Balance Facial Toner will activate and set the rice powder to create a cooling sensation to the skin. It feels wonderful!

I totally agree with what Angela wrote about never wanting to have to look for another powder for my (ahem) mature skin. Don’t look any further if you want a smooth setting powder that doesn’t settle into fine lines and wrinkles. Love it!!!
I wrote a review a few years ago about this powder but had to come back and brag on it again. I have tried several setting powders, high end brands, and they just do not do the job that this one does. I have oily skin, I am in my early 50s and this powder does not set in fine lines. I hope this company stays open forever because I would hate to go through the process of trying to find a powder that is as awesome as this one.
I was in the market for a setting powder to use over my dewy liquid foundation and to set my under eye concealer. I have dry skin so everything I was trying just caked up or had a weird white cast. Then I wondered if Sterling Minerals had a setting powder (I also use their mineral foundation) and they do! The Satin Rose Veil is the best. It is translucent so I do not get a weird white cast. No more dry under eye. Leaves a beautiful finish on my face. No more dry cake face and you only need to use the littlest amount. Thank you Sterling Minerals!
The mineral veil was amazing! It gave a beautiful shimmery glow while setting my makeup and letting it last all day!
Yet another winner from Sterling Minerals! I absolutely love this Rose Veil. Takes seconds to apply, does not cake or settle in fine lines (at 40 something I have got a few), does not dry my skin out, leaves a beautiful luminous soft finish that blurs lines and acne scars and covers dark circles. And it does not make me look like I have been covered in glitter or itch at all! (Bare Minerals I am talking about you). I only use a tiny bit, in fact I am still using the sample pot, ordered a full size straightaway. My skin is also better for it, smaller pores, no new breakouts and with the Calm and Refresh cream my skin looks so much younger.
