If you do not see your country listed, please contact us via E-mail to check and see if we can offer shipping to your location before ordering. We do not ship to Israel, Ghana, North Korea, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand or Nigeria. We reserve the right to cancel and / or refuse any International order we deem suspicious.

Order Timeframes: Once your order is placed, all items are shipped within 2-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. We are open Monday thru Thursday 9 am to 4 pm Mountain Standard Time. We process orders in the morning and we are dedicated to packaging shipments and uninterrupted studio time on Fridays. In the event of an unforeseen delay on our part, you will be notified and allowed the option to proceed or cancel your order and your Credit Card will be refunded. If you should decide to wait for the delay in shipping we will enclose a free gift to show our appreciation for your patience. Nationally you should see your order in approximately 7 business days and Internationally, please expect delays up to 30 days (includes processing time). In most cases however, International orders are received within 10-14 business days.

Shipping Method: All Domestic orders for the Continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped USPS Priority® Mail, Insured. Your total on shipping will be assessed at time of order and can be viewed before proceeding. We use delivery confirmation and once delivery is confirmed package has reached the destination address, this will end our responsibility. Qualified Purchases exceeding $100.00 will be shipped free. Any problems with receipt of product will fall to the shipper since delivery delays are beyond our control once items are processed out for shipping. Delivery timeframes are estimates for Priority Mail and we cannot be held responsible in the event your package is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Outside United States: All International orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail® International, Insured unless specified otherwise. Customs Forms must accompany shipment and we follow all International Laws required for shipments. Recipients / Purchaser will be solely responsible for all Import / GST or VAT assessed by your individual country when shipment arrives associated with the value of the contents. Sterling Minerals will not collect these fees in advance. Contact your local Postal Service for any customs taxes or fees that may be due, prior to placing your order. Signature of delivery may be required. Global Express® Guaranteed is a premium USPS service available for an additional cost providing delivery service via FedEx Express which will carry your shipment outside the United States to your International destination, and offers a money back guarantee of delivery of package.

Important Notice: If the recipient is unable to be reached causing delays, or refuses to pay any and all taxes or duties which might be owed where Global Express® Guaranteed was used. Guarantee for delivery will then become null and void and may not be filed for. All information can be verified with the local customs office and will be at the sole discretion of FedEx Express of their handling of the matter and our local USPS Office will be notified.

Disclaimer: Once any package leaves the United States, we will not be liable for an undelivered package due to customs restrictions which fall outside the scope of our control. All packages shipped Internationally cannot be tracked and do not come with delivery confirmation, except in the case of purchasing Global Express® shipping option. All International packages are shipped with insurance against loss, damage or rifled contents for the value of purchase unless purchaser requests to opt out of insurance benefit. It will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser in either instance, on any undelivered item, to locate and confirm items whereabouts with their local carrier or through their local customs office and, if needed, file complaint with appropriate entity in the event of such loss, damage or theft. Shipping Fees are not included with insured items.

Free Shipping Policy: Free Shipping Offers cannot be used in combination with another offer such as free gift offers, discounted or discontinued items on sale, nor can it be used when applying a credit toward a purchase. Purchase total does not include shipping costs. Product which qualified for free shipping that may be returned for a credit, will then be assessed a shipping charge upon the return of product. If the total should fall below minimum required for free shipping on original order the assessed shipping fees will be deducted from your online credit. This offer is for retail purchases only.

Shipping Charges ~ Important Notice: On rare occasions shipping charges may be miscalculated and insufficient postage will be collected due to USPS server error. We reserve the right in the event this occurs, to charge your credit card for the additional shipping charges and you will be notified of the transaction. In some cases we may regenerate your entire order to include corrected shipping fees. If we create a new order, the original will be voided and the new corrected receipt will be sent to you through the email you provide.

Order Cancellation - Qualifying for a refund: If you should wish to cancel your order, you must notify us same day, before 4 pm MST. If your order was placed after 4 pm, then you must notify us of your wish to cancel before this same timeframe the following day in order for us to void the order, otherwise your order is in the processing stage requiring a 20% Restock Fee to be deducted from your refund. In order to cancel, notify us via email at info@sterlingminerals.com within the specified timeframe and you will receive a return email notifying you of current status of your order. In the event your order has shipped, you would then be required to follow our Returns Policy.

Change Orders: Unfortunately due to the order process within our shopping cart, we are unable to allow you to change your order after we receive it. If you should require something else, you will need to place new order and new shipping charges will apply. In regards to an error in your order, you must notify us same day at info@sterlingminerals.com before 4 pm MST, or if order was placed after 4 pm then you have until this same timeframe next day in order for us to void the incorrect purchase. You will receive e-mail notification when successful. If we do not receive your error notification within this timeframe, your order will be in the processing stage and a 20% restock fee will apply. So please review your order carefully before submitting. In the event your order has shipped then please follow our Returns Policy.

Special Terms and Conditions for Refund: Undelivered package or refusal by customer of purchased items will not be entitled to receive a full refund. A 20% Restock Fee, any Miscellaneous Fees, and any and all Domestic or International Shipping and Handling charges assessed against Sterling Minerals by USPS will be assessed against your original purchase, and if any credit remains, the balance will be refunded.

Sales Tax: We are required to collect sales tax of 6% for items sold in Idaho added to sales total.

Wholesale Accounts: This is offered for those who wish to sell Sterling Minerals in their Boutique, Salon, Spa, or Medical Clinics. We offer a low wholesale opening minimum of only $300.00, with a low re-order minimum of $100.00. We do not offer drop shipping or private labeling. Please see our Wholesale Accounts page.

Backorder Products: We currently do not offer backorder on products; however we will notify you when the product becomes available and you can reorder at that time. When we receive your order we will notify you if an item is Out of Stock and its’ expected availability so you can either decide to wait for it or proceed with current order as is.

~ Please do not send secure information or Credit Card information through E-Mail. We only take orders through our Shopping Cart. Using this feature is secure and safe and our 128 encrypted SSL Shopping Cart is monitored continuously for any security issues.
