A pretty pink with a slight iridescence

Posted by Pam on 5th Dec 2016

This is pretty much how it is described. It is a darker pink than the more neutral Pretty in Pink shadow and it does have the slight shifting of color or iridescence but it is a subtle affect. If you want more of a pinker pink, then Opal Essence is a great color of pink that meets that criteria and I have it and like it. I will admit that lately I tend to like to wear a barely pink shadow that seems to go with any color and I think Pretty in Pink is exactly that. I found Pretty in Pink to be very subtle and pretty for when I do not want my pink to look very pink. It is more neutral for when you want that look. Plus, Pretty in Pink is quite matte or semi-matte as it is called and that is what I like. If you like a pinker pink, then try the Opal Essence because it has that little bit of almost an iridescence but is a subtle and as I said, it a pinker pink when that is what you are wanting and I sometimes want that if say I am wearing a darker pink shirt etc. Both are pretty for different looks.

    LOVE THIS COLOR

I did not buy this for my eyes, but bought it for giving my cheeks a boost. It really gave them a rosy tone. I use it with my favorite blush shade blossom. I love mineral makeup because you can do anything with this stuff...Sterling has done a great job for providing ideas and information for how to use it and it is all over this website.
